Come home to yourself.
One breath at a time.
Breath-led, nervous-system-based yoga for women in midlife who are ready to feel safe, clear, and alive again.
You’ve spent years holding everything together — for everyone else.
Somewhere along the way, you lost touch with yourself.
Gentle guidance, slow awakenings, and tools you can actually live with.
For the woman who’s ready to come home to herself.
You’ve spent years doing what needed to be done —
holding your family, your work, your world together.
Somewhere along the way, the part of you who once felt alive, hopeful, and certain got quiet.
Maybe you’ve been feeling:
more in your head than in your body
tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix
disconnected from your spark
overwhelmed by things that never used to shake you
like your breath is always just a little too shallow
like you’re standing at the edge of a next chapter
but can’t quite hear what it’s asking of you
And underneath it all…
you can feel something stirring.
A whisper.
A nudge.
A knowing that there is more for you —
not more to do,
but more to be.
This is the woman I walk with.
What this work is.
A somatic pathway back to yourself —
through breath-led nervous system regulation.
This work isn’t about pushing, performing, or perfecting.
It’s about learning to listen to the quiet language of your body —
and letting your breath guide you back to steadiness.
I use a personalized, yoga-based approach to help you:
calm your nervous system
soften patterns of bracing and overthinking
reconnect with your breath
feel safe in your body
hear your inner knowing with clarity
We go slowly.
We follow your breath.
And we meet the places in you that have been carrying too much,
for too long.
As your system settles,
your truth rises.
Not in a dramatic breakthrough —
but in the subtle, steady way that real change happens.
This is how you return to yourself.
One breath at a time.
Hi, I’m Julie — your guide back to yourself.
For more than 30 years, yoga was the thread that held me through every major transition of my life:
divorce, empty nest, menopause, identity shifts I never saw coming.
I didn’t start teaching because I wanted to become a “yoga instructor.”
I went deeper because something in me was calling.
And that calling led me home.
Along the way, I learned something essential:
When your nervous system softens, your truth rises.
Not dramatically. Not all at once.
But quietly — breath by breath.
After completing over 1,500 hours of advanced training in breath-led, individualized yoga and yoga therapy, I began helping other women in midlife do what I had finally done for myself:
slow down enough to hear the part of them that had been waiting.
My work isn’t about perfecting postures or mastering techniques.
It’s about:
learning the language of your breath
understanding what your body has been trying to tell you
interrupting patterns that no longer serve you
creating space for clarity and inner knowing
remembering who you are beneath the roles you’ve carried
Midlife has a way of stripping away what’s no longer true.
But it also opens an extraordinary doorway —
if you know how to step through it.
I walk with women who are ready to feel safe in their bodies,
to reconnect with themselves,
and to create a next chapter that feels deeply aligned.
This is the work I was meant to do.
It’s my dharma.
And if you’re here,
I trust it’s no accident.
Stay close.
If something in you is stirring…
you’re not imagining it.
This is the moment that begins quietly —
the moment you start to hear yourself again.
I share daily guidance, grounding practices, and reflections
for midlife women who are ready to feel safe, clear,
and deeply connected to themselves.
If you feel called, stay close.
Let’s walk this path together.
